ERIC’S DEVELOPMENTS
In 2015, Eric opened Eric’s Fish & Chips restaurant and take-away at Drove Orchards in the neighbouring village, Thornham. Eric’s celebrates the great British classics with a few modern twists. Its popularity led to two more opening, in the market town of Holt, North Norfolk and St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
In 2020, Eric opened Eric’s Pizza in the large yurt at Drove Orchards. With space for inside and outside dining as well as a take-away hut, it’s a place to enjoy hand-stretched pizza cooked the traditional way in a wood oven. The yurt also offers additional space for private events, alongside the spaces available at the hotel.
