VICKI AND AARON
Titchwell Manor hosts the perfect backdrop for any wedding. With the refreshing views of the Norfolk coast, a team of talented chefs and quirky interior, it’s safe to say we really do have it all! We love nothing more than watching happy couples tie the knot. So over the next couple of months we will be sharing the stories from some of the lovely bride and grooms who enjoyed their special day with us.

Vicki and Aaron set their date at Titchwell Manor for Friday 23rd June 2017. They shared a beautiful day together and the experience was made extra special with exclusivity of the Manor for their nearest and dearest the night before and after the wedding.

At Titchwell Manor we pride ourselves for our outstanding food and creative menus and we love coming up with menu options tailored to the bride and grooms taste. Vicki and Aaron chose a delicious menu for their wedding breakfast & evening food:

Starters

~ Brancaster crab and crab cake, salad cream, sweet pickle cucumber, garden herbs.
~ Norfolk asparagus, Breckland brown egg, ground elder, sourdough batter


Mains

~ Dingley dell tenderloin and BBQ shoulder, fennel and apple slaw, smoked apples, fennel purée. Side of mash, liquor, crackling.
~ Roast cod fillet, salt and vinegar potato, summer bean and peas, King's Lynn brown shrimps and brown butter.


Dessert

~ Norfolk strawberries and sorbet, honeycomb bavarois.


Evening Food:

~ Antipasti and cured meats.
